How To Get Here?
Upperchurch is nestled in the beautiful Slieve Felim Mountains in North Tipperary.
Travelling by road
From Thurles (only 15kms)
Follow signage to Nenagh (R498). Approximately 2 kms outside Thurles, take a left onto the R503 and follow for 13kms until you see signage for Upperchurch village.
From Limerick (only 50 kms)
Follow signage to Newport (R503) and follow route for 30kms until you see signage for Upperchurch village.
From Nenagh (only 30 kms)
Follow signage to Thurles (R498). In Borrisoleigh, take a right onto the L3602. After 3.5kms, take a right and a sharp left and follow the signage to Upperchurch village. At the next junction, take a left.
From Cashel (only 30 kms)
Follow signage to Holycross (R660). In Holycross, follow signage to Ballycahill. In Ballycahill, turn left onto the R503 and travel for 10kms until you see signage to Upperchurch village.
From Dublin (only 165 kms)
Exit the M8 at Junction 5 and take the exit onto N75 heading to Thurles. In Thurles, follow signage to Nenagh (R498). Approximately 2 kms outside Thurles, take a left onto the R503 and follow for 13kms until you see signage for Upperchurch village.
Travelling by train
